This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Nanoshellnet Pvt Ltd (“Nanoshellnet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to customers in Sri Lanka and internationally. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Nanoshellnet Pvt Ltd offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on selected hosting services to allow customers to evaluate our services with confidence.
Eligible Services
The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to:

Shared Web Hosting plans

Standard VPS Hosting plans (non-root access)
-
Basic Reseller Hosting plans (non-root)
The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the service activation date.
2. Services Not Eligible for Refund
The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee does NOT apply to the following services under any circumstances:

❌ Web Development Packages

❌ Server Management Packages

❌ Dedicated Servers
-
❌ Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals

❌ SSL certificates
-
❌ Software licenses

❌ Custom solutions or one-time services

❌ Setup fees, migration fees, and add-on services
Payments made for the above services are final and non-refundable as per digital service regulations.
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:

The request is submitted within 7 days of service activation.

The account has not violated Nanoshellnet’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

The service has not been suspended or terminated due to abuse, spam, illegal activity, or policy violations.

Refunds apply only to the hosting service fee and exclude taxes, gateway charges, and third-party costs.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Log in to your Nanoshellnet client area

Open a Billing Support Ticket

Provide your service details and reason for the refund

Refund requests made via phone, WhatsApp, or live chat are not considered official.
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Banks and payment gateways in Sri Lanka may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount
6. Service Termination After Refund
Once a refund is approved and processed:

The related service will be immediately terminated

All data, files, and backups will be permanently deleted

Customers are responsible for taking backups before requesting a refund
7. Abuse of Refund Policy
Nanoshellnet Pvt Ltd reserves the right to:

Deny refund requests if abuse or misuse of the policy is detected

Suspend or permanently block accounts involved in repeated refund claims

Refuse future services at our sole discretion
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Nanoshellnet may result in:

Immediate service suspension

Permanent termination of the client account
-
Loss of eligibility for refunds

Blacklisting from future services
We strongly recommend contacting our billing team to resolve disputes amicably.
9. Compliance With Sri Lankan Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, including applicable consumer protection and electronic transaction regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sri Lanka.
10. Policy Changes
Nanoshellnet Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
