Welcome to Nanoshellnet. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Nanoshellnet (“Nanoshellnet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“Customer”, “User”, or “Client”) governing the use of our web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated server, domain registration, web development, and related services.
By ordering, accessing, or using any Nanoshellnet service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Domain Registration Policy
1. General Terms
1.1 Nanoshellnet cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name until registration has been successfully completed and confirmed by the applicable registry.
1.2 Domain registrations are subject to the policies and regulations of the relevant registry, registrar, and governing authorities including ICANN where applicable.
1.3 All services remain the property of Nanoshellnet until full payment has been received.
1.4 Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
1.5 Nanoshellnet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services if a customer violates these Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.
1.6 Upon service termination, all associated website files, databases, emails, and backups may be permanently removed from our systems.
1.7 Nanoshellnet shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
2. Account Eligibility
2.1 Customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for services.
2.2 By creating an account on behalf of an organization or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.3 Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information within their client account.
2.4 Nanoshellnet may suspend accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
2.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities performed under your account.
2.6 Customers may be required to verify their identity through email verification, phone verification, or additional documentation where necessary to prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Website Migrations
3.1 Website migration services are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
3.2 Migration timelines may vary depending on source server accessibility, account size, and technical complexity.
3.3 Nanoshellnet primarily supports migrations from cPanel-based hosting platforms. Assistance for other control panels may be provided at our discretion.
3.4 Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups prior to migration.
3.5 Nanoshellnet shall not be liable for data loss, downtime, corruption, or configuration issues occurring during migration.
4. User Content
4.1 Customers retain ownership of all content uploaded to their hosting accounts.
4.2 User Content includes, but is not limited to:

Website files
-
Databases
-
Emails
-
Images
-
Videos
-
Software
-
Scripts
-
Customer-generated content
4.3 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all content hosted through Nanoshellnet complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4.4 Nanoshellnet does not monitor or review all customer content and assumes no responsibility for such content.
4.5 We reserve the right to remove, disable, or suspend access to content that violates our policies or legal obligations.
5. Account Security
5.1 Customers are responsible for securing all scripts, applications, websites, and software installed on their hosting accounts.
5.2 Any compromise resulting from weak passwords, outdated software, vulnerable scripts, or customer negligence remains the responsibility of the account holder.
5.3 Nanoshellnet may perform routine security monitoring to protect our network infrastructure.
5.4 Activities including but not limited to the following may result in immediate suspension:

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks

Port scanning
-
Brute-force attacks
-
Malware distribution
-
Phishing activities
-
Spam campaigns
-
Unauthorized access attempts
5.5 Repeated abuse violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.
