The refund period begins on the date your hosting service is activated.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the service activation date.
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- No abuse, spam, phishing, malware, or other prohibited activities have occurred on the hosting account.
- No payment dispute or chargeback has been initiated.
- Your account remains in good standing at the time of the refund request.
Refund requests that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
4. Domain Names
Domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, restorations, redemption fees, and premium domain purchases are non-refundable.
If you received a free domain with an eligible hosting plan and later request a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee:
- The standard registration cost of the domain will be deducted from your refund.
- You may keep ownership of the registered domain after the refund.
While we aim to register domains promptly, activation times may vary depending on the registry and registrar.
If we are unable to successfully register your domain due to technical issues or registrar limitations and no alternative solution is available, a full refund for the domain registration fee will be provided.
If a domain is suspended, locked, or revoked by the registry or registrar due to phishing, abuse, copyright violations, malware, spam, or other policy violations, no refund will be issued.
5. VPS and Dedicated Servers
Due to the immediate allocation of computing resources and licensing costs, the following services are non-refundable:
- VPS Hosting
- Cloud VPS
- Dedicated Servers
- Server Licenses
- Operating System Licenses
- Software Licenses
- Setup Fees
Customers are encouraged to review service specifications carefully before purchasing.
6. Additional Services
The following products and services are generally non-refundable:
- SSL Certificates
- Domain Privacy Services
- Website Migration Fees
- Website Development Services
- Software Licenses
- Third-party Add-ons
- Custom Configuration Services
7. Payment Processing Fees
Payment gateway transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable.
Refunds are issued for the eligible service amount only.
8. Payment Methods
Nanoshellnet currently accepts payments through:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
If the original payment method is unavailable, our Billing Department will work with you to arrange an appropriate alternative where permitted.
9. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel their services at any time through the Nanoshellnet Client Area.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Refunds are issued only when the purchase meets the conditions of this Refund Policy.
10. Service Suspension or Termination
If a service is suspended or terminated due to violations of our:
- Terms of Service
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Fair Use Policy
- Unlimited Hosting Policy
no refund will be provided.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Spam
- Malware
- Phishing
- Copyright infringement
- Resource abuse
- Illegal content
- Fraudulent activity
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our Billing Department before opening a dispute with your payment provider.
Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may have their services suspended or terminated.
Refund requests associated with disputed payments may be denied.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
13. Policy Changes
Nanoshellnet reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
