2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.
3. Payments & Billing
- All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.
- Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other methods we support.
- Services will only be activated once payment is received in full.
- Renewal fees must be paid before the expiration date to avoid service interruption.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- The guarantee does not apply to:
– Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
– SSL certificates
– Add-on services or third-party products - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Hosting or distributing illegal, abusive, or harmful content
- Spamming, phishing, or sending unauthorized bulk emails
- Hosting malware, viruses, or harmful scripts
- Infringing on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
- Activities that could disrupt or damage our network or services
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
6. Service Availability
- We aim to provide 99.9% uptime on hosting services.
- Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
- Nanoshellnet is not liable for downtime caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., ISP outages, force majeure events).
7. Limitation of Liability
- Nanoshellnet is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service during the last billing cycle.
8. Data Protection & Privacy

9. Termination
- You may cancel services at any time through your client portal.
