This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all hosting plans and services purchased from Nanoshellnet Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) through https://nanoshellnet.com (the “Service”). This Policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing any Service from us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans, starting from the date of initial purchase/activation.

  • If you are not satisfied with your hosting service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original order/activation date.
  • The refund request must be submitted via our support system or to support@nanoshellnet.com within this 7-day window.
  • After the 7-day period has elapsed, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of a new hosting account. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons purchased after the initial order, or repeat sign-ups by the same customer used to claim multiple refunds.


2. Services Excluded from the Refund Policy

The following items are non-refundable, regardless of the 7-day window, because costs are incurred immediately and/or paid to third-party providers on your behalf:

  • Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals – once a domain is registered or transferred, the registration fee paid to the registry is non-refundable.
  • SSL certificates – once issued/activated, SSL certificates are non-refundable.
  • Dedicated IP addresses, once allocated and activated.
  • Licensed third-party software, themes, plugins, or scripts purchased through us (e.g., premium licenses, control panel licenses such as cPanel/WHM, Plesk, etc.).
  • Setup fees, migration fees, or one-time configuration services that have already been performed.
  • Renewal payments for existing services (only the first purchase of a new service is eligible under the 7-day guarantee).
  • Custom development, design, or any bespoke work completed or in progress.

3. Eligibility Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund under the 7-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The account has not violated our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or Unlimited Usage Policy (e.g., no abuse, no hosting of nulled/cracked software, no fraudulent activity).
  • The account has not already received a refund previously (refund abuse / repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles are not permitted).
  • The request is made by the verified account holder (the person or entity whose details are on file for the account).

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we reasonably suspect abuse of this Policy, fraudulent payment activity, or chargebacks initiated in bad faith.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@nanoshellnet.com or via your client area support ticket system.
  2. Include your account/order ID, the email address used for registration, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout, where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank, typically 5-10 business days.


5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your hosting service at any time through your client area or by contacting support@nanoshellnet.com.
  • Cancelling a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refunds are only issued in accordance with this Policy.
  • If you cancel after the 7-day refund window, you will not be charged for future billing cycles, but no refund will be issued for the current, already-paid billing period unless required by law.
  • Domain registrations and licenses are not cancelled or refunded upon account cancellation; you remain responsible for managing those separately (e.g., domain transfer-away or renewal with another provider).

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account and all associated services
  • Deny access to any hosted data or backups
  • Take action to recover any associated chargeback fees and outstanding balances

7. Service Suspension or Termination Due to Policy Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, hosting nulled/cracked themes or scripts, abuse of server resources, or illegal activity), you are not entitled to a refund for the remaining period of your subscription, regardless of the 7-day window.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase, unless a subsequent change is required by law.
